The Dares of Eternity resembles fan favorite 6-player activities like The Menagerie from the Season of Opulence or the Sundial from Season of the Dawn. Xur is the go-to NPC, where players can get bounties that can only be completed in the activity. In addition, exclusive emotes, items, universal ornaments, and shaders can be earned through completing various triumphs in the 30th Anniversary triumph tab. Xur’s treasure Hoard also houses the Starhorse NPC, which sells players Dare bounties with a high XP payout upon completion, but they can only be bought using ‘Strange Coins.’ Strange Coins are earned upon completion of the Dares of Eternity activity and earned by killing special mini-bosses within the activity. Considering FromSoftware games tend to prefer to tell their stories slowly through hidden lore and whispers in the shadows, Elden Ring’s Big Lady won’t get the chance to shine the way Lady Dimitrescu did. She may yet prove me wrong , but when we’re ruminating on Elden Ring at this time next year, I don’t think the step on me mommy factor will come into it much.

Destiny needs to overhaul its New Light offerings to be more generous and better guide Guardians through this confusing video game. More importantly, Bungie needs to overhaul its DLC model to be clearer and more consumer-friendly. Seasons are too cheap for what they offer, but you can’t recoup costs by selling $20 expansion packs, Eververse skins priced higher than entire seasons, and $100 Digital Deluxe versions that let people bypass your overly convoluted DLC model.
Here’s a fun fact: my face can be adapted in an emergency to become Harley Quinn’s doormat . Unlike Elden Ring and HFW, Suicide Squad’s Lady D challenger is a known entity. That could yet work for her or against her. Many will head into the game already a fan of Harley (me), or may even be picking the game up solely to play as Harley (also me). A lot of people will be boot up Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League already prepared to let Harley Quinn boot up their face (do I need to keep doing this bit?).
