Once you have turned your Wheat Seeds into a functional Wheat Plantation , you will move on to the next step in the process — turning that Wheat into Flour . What constitutes making a full, completely operational base is the Palbox , where you can store and instruct your Pals at your camp. Having one of these will give you access to all base-building tools in the game, but you can only use it a certain amount of times. When the game first starts, you will only be able to place one Palbox when the game tells you to. However, once you reach Levels 10 and 15, you will be given the second and third Palbox to go place wherever you would like on the map.
