World of Warcraft has been the most successful massive multiplayer online (MMO) title in history, making billions of dollars for Blizzard and Activision. Since its release over a decade ago, the game has set the standard and continues to dominate the MMO genre. But, as one would expect from a game with so much life, players eventually lost interest and began abandoning the g
Players will find one fortress in the medium-threat zone in the northwest quadrant of Urzikstan , Legacy’s Fortress. Heavily guarded by Terminus Outcomes forces, players will need to acquire a Fortress Keycard in order to gain access to the inner levels of the Fortress. Players will find these keycards in the safe opened while clearing a Mercenary Stronghold, and will be tasked with clearing the fortress in order to complete the Act 3 mission, Storm the Cas
When players think of failed games, Destiny surely doesn’t come to mind, and quite frankly it shouldn’t. Destiny released to overwhelming praise, with impressive sales numbers around the globe. However, after the release of the game’s first few DLCs, many gamers and critics began to wonder about the title’s longevity. Once touted as a multi-year title, it seemed Destiny would whither away after its first y
For equipment, players will not be able to rely effectively on tactical equipment as the inhibitors will occupy the tactical slot. Explosives like semtex, proximity mines, or scatter mines can be highly effective at destroying vulnerable spores when deployed in proximity to the spore while also aiding in keeping the zombie crowd managed. Players can also use the gas-tipped arrows with the Crossbow to temporarily confuse pursuing zombies, allowing a moment to line up shots at vulnerable spo
Once all the cysts are destroyed, players will receive the activity completed banner, the gas inside the stronghold will disperse and the Aether Mercenary Crates inside will unlock. Players will find more crates with acquisitions and loose essence scattered throughout a stronghold compared to a nest , making Infected Strongholds an excellent way to acquire bonus loot and acquisiti
Modern Warfare Zombies continues the open-world approach to Call of Duty Zombies introduced in Black Ops: Cold War. Following the story set-up in Cold War’s Outbreak mode and massively expanding on the FPS Game Tournaments, players will have to deal with a new enemy while surviving the hordes, an enemy mercenary force known as Terminus Outcomes. Players will encounter several new objectives in the Zombies mission area, including Encampments, Strongholds, and a Fortress that will reward players with bonus experience and valuable loot if they are able to clear out the occupying zombies or mercenar
The Spore Control contract is a brand-new mission for Call of Duty zombies. Players will have to use the provided Aether Inhibitors to destroy the defensive shell on each of the spores in the contract area before shooting each of the spores to destroy them. The area will be infested with zombies , and a single inhibitor will take a few moments to destroy the hard shell protecting the spore from bullet damage, so players will have to evade the hordes and hold out in the area for a few brief moments until all spores nearby can be inhibited and destroyed. Once players destroy the final spore, the contract will end, a small aether blast will eliminate most of the surrounding zombies – keep an eye out, as some shamblers will often remain . If players are low on health after completing the contract, stay vigilant until your health regenerates. Don’t let a straggling shambler kill you while grabbing your rewards. Once all nearby threats are removed, open the Reward Rift and claim the acquisitions or schematics ins
After the Neutralizer charges for 90 seconds, players will receive a notice to detonate the device – watch for the mission tag on the upper left of the HUD to change from Defend the Neutralizer to Detonate the Neutralizer. Once the device is ready, approach it and interact to detonate the charge and destroy the crystals in the surrounding a
The final mission of Act 2 in Modern Warfare Zombies will have players deploy to an aether-infested region of Urzikstan to test a new device developed by Dr. Jansen, the Neutralizer. If successful, this device could be the first step towards stopping the spread of the aether storm plaguing Urzikstan. Players will need to secure the area in order to airdrop the device into the mission area, and safely escort it through the horde in order to complete Act 2 and take a step closer to stopping the infection in Modern Warfare Zombi
Players will occasionally receive the activity completed banner although one or two Mercenaries are still alive nearby – stay vigilant and keep an ear out for enemies as they will regularly make exclamations that will give away their position. Once all Mercenaries are dealt with, players can collect all the loot dropped by the soldiers and open the available reward caches – there will always be one small mercenary cache, but players can often find large mercenary crates, with a higher chance of finding these crates in higher tier threat are
